I haven't used The Plumbing Source yet, but I still wanted to give a positive review for anyone out there looking for a straight forward, NON sales experience. Scott Ulm came and took measurements and discussed possibilities. He is NOT a salesperson and didn't behave as one. He didn't try to sweet talk me into something that I didn't want, nor did he waste his (and my) time with an elaborate presentation. To top it off, he covered his shoes when he came in the house. I had a different company come in earlier that same day and I did not receive the same consideration. I am pleased with the detailed estimate and whether I decide to do this remodel now, or in the future it will be with this company.

Total scam! Brian Petruccelli will steal your money! He almost did this to me. Call the police immediately he has warrants!!!! when u see this guy call the police!!! super dangerous, don’t take any drinks or food from him, this guy almost killed me with unknown drugs!!!! All reviews are fake!

As you can see from the services listed, Brian has done a lot of work for us. First and foremost Brian does excellent work with reasonable pricing . We’ve had a few semi emergencies and Brian has always made us a priority and fit us into his busy schedule . Brian always arrives when he says he will which is important when working from home with busy meeting schedules . Lastly , Brian is a great guy . My wife and I really enjoy talking with Brian when he’s here and have 100 trust in him . A lot of factors go into choosing a contractor and Brian checks all the boxes .

Dawn and Mike were fantastic! We needed to have multiple things done in our house, including replacing our main water shut off. Dawn was very prompt coordinating with the water department to find our water main. They also replaced a faulty faucet and installed a water pressure bladder for our heater. Great plumbers who were very thorough, professional and affordable. Highly recommend!

We had a pretty bad blockage in our sewer system and it caused overflow into our house. I called many local places and they refused to help so I called Mr. Rooter. Jesse & a few of his crew showed up pretty quickly and were able to diagnose the problem. They showed us on camera that our sewer line had spider webbed and collapsed causing the overflow of sewage in our home. They quoted $7500 to dig up our yard and replace the piping which is reasonable for such a huge job. We also needed descaling of our cast iron pipe which was I believe $1800. We financed our major repair and they sent crews out in two days to get the job fixed and it was done all in one day! So far I couldn’t be any more happy with the job they performed and I am so happy to be able to use our water system again. However, we did have water damage and lost our bathroom and part of laundry room but that’s currently being handled by insurance. It’s been stressful and it’s been a very rough week but so thankful for Mr. Rooter because they are the only ones willing to do this job!
