We have used Mayer Plumbing multiple times at both of our homes (for installations and repairs). Most recently we had them come out and move the water hookup for our washer and dryer to be able to use the first floor laundry room. Adam has helped us with every project and is always very friendly and professional. Fair prices and good service keep us coming back. Highly recommend.

We hired Northeast Plumbing to camera and jet our storm drains. They sent a trainee and only took their camera through half of our storm drains and the jetting took less than 30 minutes to complete, but they still billed us an extraordinarily high amount and for full services that weren’t actually received or delivered. Northeast Plumbing has not responded to our emails since then. Would not recommend Northeast Plumbing as the prices are high and the levels of service and responsiveness are low.

This was our first experience with the Approved Plumbing Company and we could not be more pleased. It started with Sharon in scheduling who could not have been more empathetic to our issue. She worked diligently to get us scheduled and when an earlier time slot opened she was on the phone immediately to let us know of the better time slot.

Service Tech Carl was prompt and right on time. Conscious of COVID issues he was masked, booted and appropriately social distant. His explanation of the work throughout the process was very professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks and functions great!

Without question we will be calling the Approved Plumbing Company for future plumbing needs and highly recommend the company highly for anyone with plumbing needs.

As a working mother my time is limited. Punctuality and efficiency is a must. The pipe in the wall under the kitchen sink needed replaced. Other plumbers had came out prior to Matthew and made the job sound difficult and expensive, stating they would have to cut a hole in the wall within the adjacent room to access the pipe. Not only did Matthew not have to cut any holes in the walls, he had the job done within 15 minutes. I was able to get back to work earlier than anticipated and haven't had an issue with that pipe since. Very professional and takes in consideration his clients needs.
