I can’t say enough nice things about this business. I called in distraught on Christmas Eve because our hot water tank died. I had people coming to my home the following day. Killeens not only called me back immediately but sent two awesome technicians out to replace my hot water tank same day! Beyond grateful for their services. I even gave the guys chocolate chip cookies four the road because who replaces hot water tanks (without a service premium!) on Christmas Eve?! Will use again and definitely would recommend to others!

This is the very first service company i ever worked with that was always on time! Chris answered all of our questions regarding our issues, provided a detailed quote, showed up on time and crafted pluming like an artist. Today is a Saturday and the weather is awful (blizzard) and we had an emergency with our sink at our shop, water everywhere! Independence Plumbing responded so fast like always. Hired Bob to do a couple small jobs on a flip I was working on. Very basic stuff, swapping out a few toilets and vanities. He asked for half the money up front and did half the job while I was there, removing all the old toilets and vanities. After months and repeated attempts I finally got in touch with him about when he planned on finishing the job. He claimed he needed money for materials and asked that I send him the other half so he could get what he needed and finish the job. I should have known better, but the money was sent and he's been a no-call no-show ever since. He put unnecessary holes in walls and damaged existing work that was already finished. When I had a contractor call him from another number he answered immediately and promised to be over the next day to finish the job. Would you imagine my surprise when I get a call a few hours later and this guy has the audacity to ask for more money for materials. Paid in full for a job half done and asked for more money on top of it. Other contractors also claimed some of their tools would come up missing when he was on the job. Buyer beware with this guy. Save yourself the time, money, and aggravation...hire a real professional because this guy is a joke.
