I searched around for weeks to try and find the best company that fit my needs best and was able to work with me around my busy work schedule and decided to call NEO HVAC, My call was answered immediately! The receptionist was very nice and professional and told me she would have someone contact me as soon as possible, I got a call back from Brian within 30 minutes. He was very helpful and made sure I was fully aware and understood the whole process. we set an appointment for him to come out and check out the issues and he was very upfront and honest with me and actually saved me money. I got a few other quotes and was told by other companies that I need way more work done than I actually needed. Brian made sure I understood the whole process and got it done in a very quick and reasonable time and I've had no problems since! I will forsure be calling this company again for any work I may need done in the future. Thank you so much for doing exactly what I needed with out charging an arm and leg. I am very satisfied! Great plumbing company. They gave me an estimate fast and did the job with integrity. The other plumbing company that came out for an estimate wanted to do a whole overhaul that was going to cost thousands and All Action Plumbing and Drain came out and told me the truth of what really needed done and save me a ton of money. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for all my plumbing needs.

Called today thinking we would only get an estimate, but Parma/Metro Plumbers were able to schedule someone to fix a leaky tub faucet/toilet flush within 2 hours. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Will contact them again in the future for plumbing needs.
