My wife and I bought a house a few months back that had a flooding issue in the basement. Scott did a fantastic job when he came to quote a job. Right off the bat he said there would be so much concrete work involved that S&K wouldnt do the job. He then spent just shy of an HOUR, explaining, teaching, and suggesting, the complications of the job, the likely causes of the reason, who in town that could do the job and who he would go with.He wasnt in a rush to get out there door. I roll my eyes when people say this, but he went through the problem and options like he was a good friend and wanted to layout my choices, answer my questions, and suggest the best dollar-value options versus the best solutions; and what he would do versus what he would do on our budget.Again, within the first few minutes of the quote, knew that there was too much concrete work involved for S&K to take the job. There was no charge for for this quote, explanation, and guidance.I often find myself more likely to write a review when something occured that bother me as opposed to write about a review when something goes well -- I wish that were not the case. I will start here, and I will qualify it based on not having had work done by S&K. However, if the quality of work by Schneller & Knochelmann is even half of what I experienced during the quote, I could not more highly recommend them. I look forward to being able to have them come out when the time comes; and I have mixed feelings about how odd that feels.

Rick Hubbard, did an amazing job & was completely efficient in his servicing of my AC & Furnace system. I also signed up for the $15 per month Service Agreement for 12 months.

Joshua and Chris did a great job repairing our frozen bathroom hot water faucet. It was a bear to get apart and put back together but they stuck with it and persevered! Will definitely use them again as the need arises.

Larry and employee did a nice job removing an old cement sink and installing a new mustee sink.Very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Company previously installed toilet for me a year ago. Will keep around for plumbing needs. Thanks again.

We have had Holtmeier Plumbing servicing our home for years. They are always professional and always have done a great job. Their quality of work is exceptional. They are very polite and on time. I would never go with anyone else. Their pricing is a very good rate. I have had them fixed pipe after pipe that has leaked in our basement. Andy has replaced faucets on the outside of the house. He has replaced our garbage disposal. They have replaced our water heater. All of which has been quality work. All of my neighbors use Holtmeier plumbing and they love them. Do not go anywhere else, this is an excellent company. As the old saying goes YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! They are the best in the business.

We have nothing but great things to say about Midwestern Plumbing. We have had a clogged laundry room and kitchen sink drain that we have been fighting with for years. Other plumbers we have had out have thrown up their hands and given up on our old house, but not these guys. Mr Franklin was very professional, pleasant to talk to, and did a good job of explaining everything about what the problem might be with our dripping shower head and what it would take to fix it. He and the company were very nice about when they arrived to the appointment due to a family member sleeping during the morning because of working a night shift, which I really appreciated.

We discussed the urgency of the issue, and they assured me that they would get back to me shortly to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that was the last I heard from them.

However, as the hours turned into days, I began to grow increasingly agitated. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them, leaving voicemails and sending emails, but to no avail. It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging without any explanation or acknowledgment of my inquiries.

Their unresponsiveness and lack of communication have caused me significant frustration, inconvenience, and financial losses. There are numerous other plumbing services in the area that prioritize their customers and deliver the service they promise.
