We had a technician named John, who was super friendly and got the problem fixed in less than 15 mins! The wait time for a technician was not very long either so overall we're super pleased with the experience. Can't stress enough how nice and knowledgable John was and he was really great interacting with our children which is very important to us. Great job!

We had a gas leak in the pipes that lead to our water tank and Jolly came and fixed that and installed a new water tank all within 5 hours. The technician was professional and courteous and efficient. Highly recommend Jolly Plumbing.

Called at 5pm and DeShawn was here by 6pm. He was knowledgeable and explained how and what he was going to do. I have limited mobility and he took the time to make sure my garage door was secured before he left. He went above and beyond to get the drain open and working again. I will request him the next time! Excellent work.

Getz tackled our broken sewer line. Justin provided excellent communication, showed up on time and gave us a very competitive price. He provided 5 options to choose from. We ended up replacing the entire line, 150 feet long and 10 feet deep towards the road. Justin and his team were polite, diligent, and honest and worked into the dark. The team remained professional throughout the challenging job. We are having them back for a water heater replacement and to also help us troubleshoot downspout drains. We highly recommend them. I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
