Alan Craig is an outstanding, knowledgeable, and professional technician! The sewage pipe at our residence became disconnected causing leakage and clogging. Alan immediately found the issue, accurately marked the location of the broken pipe on the surface, excavated five feet below, and repaired the piping. Called at 5pm and DeShawn was here by 6pm. He was knowledgeable and explained how and what he was going to do. I have limited mobility and he took the time to make sure my garage door was secured before he left. He went above and beyond to get the drain open and working again. I will request him the next time! Excellent work.

Worked with this company (Kyle) to connect gas equipment and install a new hand sink in a commercial space, they quoted cheaper than large plumbing competitors like roto, pulling the same permit and performing the work. Once the actual work was done it was even less than original quote.

Super quick response time, very professional, we had a major septic issue that needed immediate attention and within a few hours after first phone conversation they were at my house, diagnosed the problem, gave me quote and the very next day just 24 hours after the call they were already breaking ground and before I even got home from work they had completed the entire job! I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
