I hired Ryan and Jeff Tharp whom are father and son of R&T Plumbing. They repaired my leak that was underneath my sink at a very affordable price. I am so pleased with their work and will be referring them from here on out. They are very honest hard working men.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

These guys came out and fixed our plumbing issue emergency within 30 mins. They arrived on time was very professional. Even took the time out to explain future issues that need resolved & explained the process of everything . I highly recommend them. And will be doing future business with this company!

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

Larry and employee did a nice job removing an old cement sink and installing a new mustee sink.Very pleasant, efficient, and knowledgeable. Company previously installed toilet for me a year ago. Will keep around for plumbing needs. Thanks again.

However, as the hours turned into days, I began to grow increasingly agitated. I made multiple attempts to reach out to them, leaving voicemails and sending emails, but to no avail. It was incredibly frustrating to be left hanging without any explanation or acknowledgment of my inquiries.

As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and receive updates regarding the status of my service request. Even if they were unable to assist me, a simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have sufficed.
