9Feb2023: Jacob was professional and courteous putting on his shoe coverings upon entering my home (which is important to me). Jacob cleaned my furnace unit and also cleaned the compensatory pump associated with the humidifier. He offer ancillary services to maintenance my system which I declined until a later date.I plan to follow up to set another appointment to address the recommended additional maintenance on my 4.3 year old unit.I am happy with the service I have received today and would recommend HELP plumbing, heating and cooling to everyone I know.
