I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS IS HOW Y'ALL OPERATE. I CALLED AND WAS SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY. NOBODY SHOWED UP AND THEN WHEN I CALLED MONDAY TO SEE WHY I GOT SOME OH NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE SO WE DIDN'T COME OUT I HAD NO MISSED CALLS AND WAITED BY THE PHONE ALL DAY FOR THIS APPOINTMENT. FIGURES! BUT THEN I HAVE TO CALL 4 MORE TIMES MONDAY BEFORE SOMEONE IS FINALLY GOING TO SHOW UP. AN HOUR AFTER HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THERE SOMEONE COMES. AT MY REQUEST I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES FOR A MANAGER AND WAS NEVER ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE. SHOCKER. YOUR BUSINESS IS GOING DOWNHILL QUICK AND IF I NEVER USE YOU AGAIN IT WILL BE TOO SOON.

Nathan was very nice, thorough and transparent about the work required. In addition he happen to have discovered we believe one of my mothers rings. We think my Dad may have dropped it in the process of putting it away somewhere safe and secure. We were very appreciative!

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
