The first gentleman came and worked very, very hard. Could not clear it. He knew where it was, but couldn't clear it. No charge. Fantastic. The high pressure associate came and he got it open. We still had slow drains for a day, but it improved and everything is good. We need major repairs which we will have Rotor-Rotor do. They really helped us out.

Tarvin Plumbing is an excellent company! We were very pleased with their 2 visits- one for replacement of 2 outside faucets and the 2nd visit for replacement of the main water shutoff valve and replacement of the air chamber on the water heater that prevents “hammering”. We had a drain backup and flooding at our church, during a rainstorm. Roto Rooter came out within 2 hours and cleared the blockage. The technician was great. He identified the problem and took his equipment to our sub-basement. The blockage was quickly cleared and we were able to resume our activities.
