A $53 AC tune up was going to end up costing $303. The AC would not start when the tech arrived so the tune up could not be performed. This resulted in a $96 service call. The problem? Dead batteries in the thermostat. To replace batteries, service call and tune up was going to be $303. That means it was going to cost $154 to replace batteries. Unbelievable.

Received an extremely fair price, friendly service and excellent plumbing skills to install a kitchen faucet and a new sump pump (with a battery backup). Harry went out of his way to provide us with great service and I will be asking for him in the future!

Called at 5pm and DeShawn was here by 6pm. He was knowledgeable and explained how and what he was going to do. I have limited mobility and he took the time to make sure my garage door was secured before he left. He went above and beyond to get the drain open and working again. I will request him the next time! Excellent work.

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

My main drain had a severe clog, but thanks to Jordan's excellent service, the problem was resolved in little to no time! Jordan was punctual, acted professionally, provided updates, and effectively cleared the blockage. He is the hero of the day/week/month! Thank you, Jordan!

First of all My daughter Willa Called Roto Rooter to come out to unclog the kitchen sink. My first response was they are too expensive. I started talking to Matt who assured me that it was well worth the price, with the 6 months warranty and all. He also offered a product to keep my drains cleaned. I really appreciated it and he was very friendly and we talked about our animals. He Cleared the drain which made me feel so much better. I think the most I got out of his visit was information to help me keep the drain clear from build up which was mostly caused my soap. I appreciated his advice and will recommend The services to my neighbors and friends.. Thank You

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
