Best Rooter Service in Cincinnati OH

I have a 7 year old AC unit that was installed by Jacob Bros, who was bought out by Thomas and Galbraith, under a 10 year warranty. In those 7 years since it was installed, Thomas and Galbraith have been to my home 7 times since 2019 to repair the unit. Each time the technician told me that the refrigerant/Freon was low and just needed charged. In April of 2023 I again was told by Technician Alec that the refrigerant was low and needed charged but that now I also needed a new coil for the unit, but the unit is no longer covered by warranty because I am the new home owner and the warranty changed to five when I became the owner of my home. I paid for the refrigerant charge that I was told would last six months. Exactly 3 months later I have to call them again and technician Ajay tells me I once again am out of refrigerant, and there is a leak and that is why I needed so many refrigerant recharges. Not once did any other technician in 7 visits bring up the possibility of a leak from a less than 10 year old unit. Now that I am out of a five year warranty, that should still be covered by the 10 year warranty, they want to charge me $3900.00 to fix a coil and leak they should have had fixed previously! With all the refrigerant recharges I could have paid for a new unit at this point. This is extremely poor customer service and I was absolutely taken advantage of.

Shawn was so amazing! I had had three people out before him and I swear every time someone else came out the problem just seemed to get worse because they were finding more issue! Shawn came out saw the same thing, said as such.. but then said he was going to try his best to avoid the drastic approach and managed to save me $200 by looking just a little bit harder, and being willing to try something the other techs had overlooked. Can’t say good enough things about Shawn! Super happy with Roto-Rooter too... every person who came out to help was budget conscious and the fact that they don’t charge until they do the work is outstanding! I was skeptical at first but so glad I took the chance on them

DeShawn came out and cleared my main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. Explained the services offered including the warranty service of 3 years with one free clearing should it occur again. Also, scheduled a camera man to evaluate any damages underground from tree roots. I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and recommend him for work.

Saul called as soon as he was on the way. That really helped me to watch for him.
What a great guy!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. He treated me like one of the family and I highly recommend this company. Everyone I have talked with or have helped me have been so sweet and kind.
I have often thought they had the perfect name for their company..Best Plumbing because in my opinion, they are the best.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything

Roto-Rooter Plumbers,on 1/6/14 The technician was running behind, and Roto Rooter called to let us know he was running behind which was a nice of them. When he got here he was very professional and did not cut any corners on telling us what our issue was. He went to work and diagnosed the problem quickly. He fixed our drain problem and left our bathroom cleaner than it was when he came. He was Very professional, many thanks to David D, our technician.

I called Roto-Rooter to help with a plugged house drain. Their Technician, Roger, was there in about and hour. Roger was courteous, friendly and professional. He evaluated the situation and provided me with a couple of options. He cleared the clog and made sure water was flowing freely in less than an hour. Overall a very positive experience.
