I was impressed by the employees quality of work done he stayed for 5 hours until all problems were fixed and triple checked it. High quality work well worth the price! It was cheaper with the membership. Thank you Dustin!

Jared arrived during the repair window, was kind to my dog, and did a great job. He was efficient, friendly, and explained exactly what he did to fix our clog. Very pleased, and I will use Roto-Rooter again.

Called at 5pm and DeShawn was here by 6pm. He was knowledgeable and explained how and what he was going to do. I have limited mobility and he took the time to make sure my garage door was secured before he left. He went above and beyond to get the drain open and working again. I will request him the next time! Excellent work.

Brad showed up on time and got our window well drains cleared out quickly. Our window wells had backed up with water in a heavy rain. Brad not only cleared the junk out of them but also provided guidance on what we could do to avoid problems in the future

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. He worked extremely hard and we’re thankful for him!

Unbelievable service

I had a major emergency ‼️ at by childcare business . Jason showed earlier than scheduled and stayed until it was figured out . He went over and beyond to clean up after himself and sanitize . I work with children so cleanliness is sanitation is a must! The issue was on the city side . He did report. Called the city . Stayed and explained the problem. I was impressed and would call and request only him if I ever have another issue . Every business needs a Jason. He was efficient, dedicated , and respectful. Thank you Jason for everything

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
