We couldn't be happier with the service we received today. Ryan arrived promptly at 8:30am and walked through the inspection with us. He gave us many options with different price points and after we decided what work we wanted done, told us he could do it same-day! Because he ended up needing assistance (ugh, my old house), Zach arrived in the afternoon. Both were very professional, friendly and dedicated to their craft. They stayed until they knew the job was done perfectly. We will 100% call Jolly again when (and if) we need plumbing services in the future. My water heater finally went out the next day Austin and Travor came over and gave me some options on the best one to get for my family. I'm happy with the service that I have received they did a great job on the install. They did it right like it's supposed to be would recommend them to any one thanks again best plumbing

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

This is the third plumber that we called. The first plumber had a message on saying they were not accepting new customers. The second plumber only worked on new buildings. Perry Kelly Plumbing answered and listened to our problem and set up an appointment. They called before they came out. The plumber installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a leak in one bathroom and replaced the faucet in the other bathroom. Very efficient, very friendly, and very professional.
