After speaking with Kiara and working with Joshua H. for plumbing, we can see why the reviews are so great. Kiara was so friendly and helpful when scheduling our appointments. She even called on the morning of our appointment to let us know someone else canceled and gave us the option to move our plumbing appointment time from the afternoon to the morning instead. We had Joshua H. come out for our diagnostic and he was fantastic. Super friendly and easy to talk to. He was very thorough in what he was doing and talking through what he was seeing and gave best recommendations on our not so good situation. We really appreciated his transparency and just trying to find ways to help us to the best of his abilities. We really look forward to having him come back out to finish the job! After having such a positive experience so far, we're looking forward to our scheduled duct cleaning as well. Bruce was everything one could ask for in a technician: polite, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, effective. He welcomed my questions, and answered them. Beyond his obligation, he unscrewed a jammed garden hose attachment. He is welcome to return for any maintenance or repair call!Matthew performed the furnace maintenance and installed a humidifier as soon as he could obtain the parts. I'm glad he suggested it, since I had wanted one for awhile. He was considerate, kind, and efficient, and is welcome to return for any maintenance or repair.Justin:I was dismayed that my furnace didn't work when I turned to 'heat' setting. (I knew Matthew had the furnace running well during maintenance.) Justin found the electrical problem, one of those inexplicable ones that give no warning, and did me a huge favor by persuading the manufacturer to honor the parts warranty that had expired two weeks ago. How extraordinarily kind -- of both of them! Besides that, he traveled to Florence to obtain the part, then back to install it the same day. All for the price of a service call. He found a short caused by the humidifier. After turning off the humidifier, he made a special trip to buy a fuse for the furnace. (He had replaced a few fuses already that day!) Thanks to Sean, I had heat overnight, and he returned the next day to repair the humidifier.This month, Sean came for scheduled a/c maintenance. When I mentioned that my water softener had stopped working, I said I would call for service, since the water was on and everything was plugged in. Sean immediately took a look, reset the outlet, and the softener started regeneration cycle. (I didn't think to try a reset.) Sean saved me a service call, besides doing the a/c maintenance. I couldn't recommend anyone more highly.Everyone who comes from HELP has deserved a great review.

Such honest professionals who will not rip you off like many of the larger corporate companies. They saved me about $8,000 in rip-off repairs.

I have never actually used their services. However, their customer service is phenomenal. I was stranded in the middle of the night after I ran over something in the road and it put a hole in my transmission, draining all of the fluid. Two guys in a TJ Dyer truck not only stopped and assisted me, but went out of their way to ensure that I was left in a safe place. If they are that helpful to a complete stranger on a dark road, I can only imagine how they treat their paying customers.
