Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. Updated review: I've hired this company twice now, once to install a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal, and once to run a gas line. I'm not going to say it was perfectly smooth, we definitely had a few hiccups, but Sebastian and Lance, the two guys they sent out, were both lovely and seemed to honestly want to do a good job, and when the company heard that there were aspects of the jobs I wasn't pleased about, they did what they could to make it right. I would use them again.

The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. When I had an emergency on the Sunday of a three-day weekend, they took care of me. No sales pitch, just answers. Quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We have called them out on multiple occasions for simple repairs, a master shower demo & install and even emergency services. Ethan especially is great to work with. He has been assigned to help us on estimates and emergency repairs. Ethan is always very professional, transparent, and does a great job.
