DeShawn came out and cleared my main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with me. Explained the services offered including the warranty service of 3 years with one free clearing should it occur again. Also, scheduled a camera man to evaluate any damages underground from tree roots. I'm very satisfied with his professionalism and recommend him for work.

Bobby did a great job & made sure we had the best quality fix possible so that we received the best servicing & long lasting quality work that could be done. I have to say the price was high but that is to be expected anytime you have plumbing work done by any plumbing service but in our case the work done was quality work which we haven't always had in the past.

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
