Thomas & Galbraith Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Plumber
Very quick response time, had multiple quotes and definitely cheaper that their competition. Comes with great warranty. As of now I would highly recommend and use for my unfortunate next repair or installSo I had to have some plumbing work done and Brian Fowler did an excellent job. He went above and beyond as there was some unforseen issues. He was very polite and professional. In my 2 experiences with this company they are too notch. They are very responsive and thorough with all the work I've had done. I know for any future repairs I won't hesitate to call Thomas and Galbraith. You have gained a customer for life with me and I highly recommend them to anyone with HVAC or plumbing issues. You will be impressed as I was. Thanks again Mr. Fowler

Apollo Home Plumber
I had the Apollo Home Care Plan and when my outside hose bib broke, I called Apollo to fix it. The first technician came in said he doesn't have the tools to fix the PEX pipes so he needs to call in someone else (I don't know why Apollo send technicians without the proper tools - PEX is not something new just came out this year). He gave me a quote for $500 to replace the hose bib from an unfinished basement area. This is after the coupon discount and manager discount. His original price was $741. This is for parts that costs around $50 and less than 1 hour of labor. He didn't give me the opportunity to shop around. If i don't accept the charge now, I will have to pay the trip charge. So I accept the charge and he called a second technician to fix the problem. After they fixed it, I called couple of other companies to get a quote for this kind of job. One company quote me $300 and another company quote me $225. I felt ripped off. The only reason I called Apollo was the care plan that I've been paying for and I thought I will get a reasonable price from them. After this terrible experience, I've just cancelled my care plan today.

Spartan Plumbing & Drain Cleaners Plumber
The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. When I had an emergency on the Sunday of a three-day weekend, they took care of me. No sales pitch, just answers. Quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Nixco Plumbing Inc. Plumber
This is the second time I’ve used NixCo and they’ve been great. Kris was courteous, on time, and explained things well. He made quick work of the repairs we needed and left the workspace as clean as it was before he arrived. I highly recommend NixCo!

G & R Plumbing Inc Plumber
We called G&R to check out a low water pressure situation with our well. While Randy was respectful and investigated the cause of low pressure, the prices were very high. We were charged $500 for the assessment and were quoted $7500 for the potential job. He indicated that he would have excavate just to get down to the area where the leak was occurring. We sought a second opinion because we’re very new to the area. Eckel Plumbing came out and resolved the issue entirely in two hours for $400 - no excavating. All they had to do to was replace a cracked nylon fitting.
