1/27/2014 A pipe burst in our basement yesterday and although the handi men in my family tried to fix it, they found that they could not. I called roto-rooter @about 4:45 am and they got me scheduled for 8 am. They called before they came and also gave me the name of the technician who would be coming into my house. I thought that was great. Dave Denton was right on time and was very cordial while he listened to my story. I showed him the problem and he was up front about the cost of labor and parts. To my delight he was finished in about 15-20 minutes!!! I couldn't be happier. Next time I have a plumbing issue I will not hesitate to call again. Excellent work, Excellent and professional technician. Thanks so much!!!

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.
