Oh my goodness, we had the BEST plumber ever! John was courteous, kind, and professional. He is knowledgeable and worked hard to place our outdoor spicket in a new location. We are in a unique position with an ailing family member and John was SO caring. He made sure he was kind and respectful of the situation. Prior to leaving, John shared his concern; his kindness was genuine and so very appreciated. I am so happy with our new spicket but so very thankful for John’s kindness. The world needs more people like John. 💕
