Bill Williams did a fantastic job both times he has worked on our house. He replaced a water heater on one occasion, and our kitchen sink the second time. The work was done right the first time, and everything was very clean. I can't recommend B&B enough!

They replaced all of our plumbing after a 12 year plastic pipe burst in our basement. It was a significant job that included extensive dry wall work that took several weeks. They were professional and courteous. We have used them twice since then, one was an urgent call that they responded within a few hours. Again professional and courteous.

I am taking the time to write this review out of sheer gratitude for the exceptional work that Ryan Tharp Plumbing has done for me over the years. Having hired numerous plumbing companies for various projects, I have certainly seen the gamut of services. From these experiences, Ryan Tharp Plumbing stands head and shoulders above the rest.

From upgrading the existing plumbing for a basement renovation to handling the rough-in and plumbing for a basement bathroom, and even undertaking a complete overhaul of my master bathroom, Ryan Tharp Plumbing has repeatedly proved their mettle.

I was particularly struck by the company's meticulous attention to detail, which in my opinion, is truly second to none. Ryan's careful pre-hire estimation ensures there are no hidden surprises, while the final invoicing process is transparent, fair, and customer-friendly.

The work carried out by Ryan is not just plumbing, it is craftsmanship. The quality of the work performed far surpasses any of the other well-known companies I have previously hired. I called Tarvin because they were local and had a high review score - wish I hadn't. The job included replacing two toilet flappers and fixing a thermostatic mixer on a shower (temperature control). I had a replacement valve for the temperature control that turned out to be the wrong size. The plumber from Tarvin said the control valve wasn't the problem anyway. Rather, there was a build-up of corrosion from lack of use. He cleaned it out, put it back together, told us it was working and charged us just under $500.

When I tried the temperature control a week or so later, it did not work - same as before (but the toilet flappers did work). I called the office and explained that the part was not repaired. The receptionist was very nice and assured me that the report said the shower was fixed. She agreed to send another plumber out to check on it - that day. Wow, I thought, great customer service. The plumber arrived and told my wife that the report said the shower was fixed and that if we wanted him to do anything it would be at least $150. I have to give him credit for giving us the option to say No, Thank you - which my wife did.

My son and I, who don't know squat about plumbing, decided to look at it ourselves. In 45 minutes, using a couple of wrenches and the internet, we determined that the temperature control unit was missing a part that rendered it useless. Interesting that three people at Tarvin assured us it was working when it was physically impossible for the control unit to work. We ordered the part on Amazon, installed it in 15 minutes and the shower works flawlessly.

I can not recommend Tarvin for anything. It is clear to me that they don't have the expertise or the integrity to back up their work. Now, I'm thinking about quitting my job and becoming a plumber.

This was the second time I've had Feichtner Plumbing out. Dan is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he's doing. Very honest company that you can trust.

The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. When I had an emergency on the Sunday of a three-day weekend, they took care of me. No sales pitch, just answers. Quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I recieved 4 estimates for my hot water replacement and the professionalism of Five Star Home Services was by far the best of all the companies. The installation crew were very courteous, neat and knowledgeable. The recommendations that were made fit perfectly with my plumbing needs. I have already recommended this company to friends and family. I will only use them for all of my future plumbing needs!! 5 star company!!

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. They were extremely professional and courteous and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service!

Nixco did an amazing job with our requests - including installing all new toilets and running a gas line for a new stove. They were friendly, knowledgeable regarding recommendations, and discussed all questions and concerns. They were very respectful and clean. These guys came out and fixed our plumbing issue emergency within 30 mins. They arrived on time was very professional. Even took the time out to explain future issues that need resolved & explained the process of everything . I highly recommend them. And will be doing future business with this company!

Unbelievable service

A family member used this company, also known as Romy's Plumbing and they conduct dirty business! They not only did an amatuer job, they charged too much to do the job and ended up in court with no satisfaction! STAY AWAY!
