Best Heating And Cooling Needs in Cincinnati OH

Our experience could not have been worse. We were very close to buying a new AC unit that was actually fixed with a $60 part. Thankfully we looked for additional opinions. Even worse, we had signed up for the maintenance plan and our unit was supposedly “tuned up” 3 weeks prior. Check Yelp for honest reviews. Run away from this company.

Shelby Adams was the best plumber that I have ever had. She was personable and friendly and capable and quick and at the end, she gave us a good tip on cleaning with white vinegar. High marks! Would definitely call her and Apollo again. We were extremely pleased with her service.

They were able to fix my issue the same day I called them. The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. I appreciated the timeliness, professionalism and respectful service! Definitely will use again!

Called Herrmann Services ( no hot water). Scott arrived 1.5 hours after calling. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable-even with the bad news ( new tank), he was very comforting. Installed, hot water again, and he cleaned up his mess. Sad/ happy. Highly recommend. Melanie and Patty are great, as well. They keep it going. Thank you.
