customer service was terrible. when I called the person that answered the phone did not state the companies name I was a little thrown off so I ask is this Frank Niesen. This person replied he isnt in Im like is this the company he was like you didn't say the company Frank Niesen is a person and hung up on me. I will take my money to a company that's wants it.

I called Jolly to help with a water heater replacement, and they had Austin out to my house in just about an hour later. Austin was very professional, left a clean work area and fast service with exchanging out the water heater. I’ve received great service from Jolly in the past and again today. Repeat customer!

We were very happy with Brandon, he took care of our broken water pipe, returned promptly to fix an added pressure problem and checked everything thoroughly before leaving. He was very efficient and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I would not only recommend him to friends and family, I'd do it with pride and confidence.

Wingate Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Roofing were awesome! They were respectful and professional in replacing my furnace's heat exchanger. Not only did they replace it, they made sure my gas furnace is running more efficiently by adding air duct work as performed by Ty, Robby and Johnny. They did a fantastic job! Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and kindly answered all my questions. Ty was awesome with explaining to me as a new home buyer how to operate the furnace, water heater, and AC along with giving me tips to make sure they are running efficiently. I was very impressed with this service especially since I'm Deaf, they made sure I understood everything they were saying with respect and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!!

Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

I can’t rave enough about this company. This is my 2nd time using them & this time was more stressful. From beginning to end Alex & his team made the inconvenience of not having a toilet less stressful. He explained it start to finish, showed up on time, worked quickly & efficiently, and were able to finish exactly as they planned. His team goes above & beyond. Herrmann has a customer for life.
