He was very courteous and friendly without being creepy, and I was very pleased with the suggestions he made regarding ways to conserve more energy. From the phone call to schedule this appointment, to Ryan and the other technicians I have met, I have come to the conclusion that Schneller Plumbing, Heating &Air Conditioning is a company that cares about my comfort and goes out of their way to make sure I am taken care of.

I contacted Quality Comfort for a whole house duct cleaning. The Crew was awesome!!! Professional service techs who get the job done right!! I can already tell the difference in the air quality of my home.

We needed a water line run to a new refrigerator in the employee break room. I was told this was the only option unless I wanted the line to freeze. I was extremely apprehensive at this idea and was charged $688 for a service that looks halfway finished and awful in an office. I was told to just get something from the hardware store to make it look better, but for almost $700, should I be doing this? At this point I regret using this company.

They have not done work for me and never will. One of their vans (number 59) cut me off while driving on Beechmont Ave. When I honked at him he gave me the finger. At the next light we exchanged words and he challenged me to a fight. I would not want this guy anywhere near my home.

We had 2 other local plumbing companies come out and inspect a backed up sink and a boiler issue. In both cases they recommended costly repair and replacement. Bathroom sink was quoted at $3500 and boiler replacement about $7000. Decided to call Beresford since they originally serviced the boiler when our Grandmother lived in the house some 25 years ago. Beresford came out and got the boiler working in 5 minutes and unclogged the sink in another 5 minutes. Total cost....less than than the cost for dinner and a movie!!!! Highly recommend you call Beresford before you get any HELP from another company.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We have called them out on multiple occasions for simple repairs, a master shower demo & install and even emergency services. Ethan especially is great to work with. He has been assigned to help us on estimates and emergency repairs. Ethan is always very professional, transparent, and does a great job.

Additionally, Bill, Jordan, and two others (I unfortunately forgot their names), did an incredible job on our master shower and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Pumbling.

Even if they were unable to assist me, a simple phone call to inform me of the situation would have sufficed. Their failure to do so demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' needs and a lack of basic customer service etiquette.

I strongly advise anyone in need of plumbing services to steer clear of A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service. Their unresponsiveness and lack of communication have caused me significant frustration, inconvenience, and financial losses. There are numerous other plumbing services in the area that prioritize their customers and deliver the service they promise.
