I used these guys several times, once to repair the main sewer line from our house and recently for updates needed to sell our house. Frank and Ben came out for our estimates and went above and beyond to make sure the info they had was accurate and exactly what they needed to get the job done. Work was done quickly and efficiently and could not have asked for more!

Very trustworthy company. Always upfront about the what the repair will cost. I had a leaking pipe in a ceiling where the time involved to fix was not known, and the plumber told me his best estimate of how much time it would take to fix. He got it fixed promptly and the final cost was lower than his estimate. I trust this company.

Ryan provided outstanding service as he repaired a shower and installed 3 toilets. He cleaned everything up, and was even able to finish the job for less than the original estimate. Our water heater started leaking on a Saturday. Went to Lowes on Sunday to look at new ones and they connected us with Five Star Home Services. Sean came out on Sunday for a free estimate (other companies wanted to charge us for that). After several estimates, Five Star was the most reasonable, but provided 10-year warranty on new water heater, parts, and labor (no one else came close to that). Once we agreed, they had a team out first thing the following morning. We were told that 2 workers could take 3 hours of labor. They removed the old, updated connections, installed the new and were in and out in less than an hour. Professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with all through the process.

Steve and Ryan did an excellent job in the repair/replacement of our failed drain lines in the kitchen and bathroom through the basement bathroom to the main drain stack of our 60 year old house. They were extremely professional and courteous and they explained everything they were doing. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and service!

Nixco did an amazing job with our requests - including installing all new toilets and running a gas line for a new stove. Highly recommend never using Kaleco Plumbing. They were used by the renovation company who renovated our home and did very shoddy work. Multiple loose fittings in our home that have lead to leaks and damage, incorrect hot and cold hookups in our bathrooms and most importantly incorrect installation of our 3rd floor shower drain that has now lead to significant damage to the ceiling and wall of our 2nd floor master. We have reached out to the company multiple times to make this work right with no response. Terrible quality of work and even worse customer service.
