Ryan was SO SO great! My mom needed a last minute plumber to install new faucet handles before company came this weekend. She called him less than 24 hours before he came out - on a holiday weekend no less- to change her faucets and fixed the water pressure. He was responsive, polite, efficient, very tidy and took all trash and parts with him. Also a huge plus for my mom - his hand writing and billing is legible, clear, and detailed! He could not have been a bigger help, we got 3 cards of his to share with friends and he’ll be my moms first call for anything now. Very trusty and such good quality of work/cost of service. This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

10/29/19 (Gas Line Repair) : Just had Jolly out again for a different job. Daniel and another plumber (can't recall his name) came out to repair a gas leak. Duke shut off my gas two days ago and Jolly came out as soon as they could (less than 48 hours later) and got my gas line repaired and running again. I am extremely pleased with the turn around time as it is going to be quite cool overnight this weekend. We have a 3 month old infant in the house and I am very grateful for the work being done as quickly as it was, which kept us from being displaced from our home! Thanks again, Jolly!8/13/19 (Water Main Replacemen) : I hired Jolly to replace my main water line from the street. The plumbers were Scott and Steve and they were both awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient all while doing quality work. They even found a way to do it that saved my yard from being totally trashed by the excavation and I'm grateful for it. The only reason I'm knocking a star off is because it seems there was a miscommunication between the estimator, Saul, and the team. They didn't seem to know what the plan was when they got there and, once they figured out what it was, they told me they might not be able to do it because the line might not end up on my property, which is a possibility Saul did not discuss with me and I could have had a surveyor out to mark the property line in the gap between the estimate and the actual work. While it didn't have a negative impact, it could have and I would have been quite upset had they not been able to make the repair. Regardless of that blip, I am overall very pleased with my experience with Jolly. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

When we needed the water line to our house replaced, MarkCo came up with a plan that would save landscaping, allow for easier future replacement, and changed where the line came into the foundation to avoid having to tear up the floor and a wall in a finished area of the downstairs (something another company told us would be necessary). That saved a lot of money, time, and the mess and inconvenience that would have resulted.
