Hot water heater failed on New Years Eve. After calling multiple companies, who understandably could not come for two days, Apollo Home was at my house in 30 minutes. Jarid was professional and very helpful. A crew, led by Michael, was at my home that evening replacing my hot water heater. The entire crew was kind, courteous, and professional. Great work! The serviceman was on time and did a good job. We will not be using HELP again though. For installing a customer supplied standard toilet the charge was $589.00. We were not shown a breakdown of the charges or how that price was arrived at. Very expensive for a one hour installation.
