Niesen Company was great to work with. I called about some preventative maintenance and they were out the next day. Mike came out and was nice, responsive, and professional. Their prices are reasonable. Due to no fault of his own, one of the repairs included a bad part that was installed. Niesen guarantees their work. I called the company back 3 weeks later after I noticed the issue and they came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. Overall they are a great company and I am extremely satisfied with their work. Definitely Recommend.

We have used Wingate for maintenance since moving in and recently needed to replace the AC unit. Wingate representative Aaron was the perfect person to help us with this substantial investment. I ordered my water heater install through Lowe's and got set-up with Five Star. Marissa was so helpful on the phone and worked to make sure I got my same day install. Miles and his partner were awesome and even unclogged a basement drain for me. They did great work.

Best technicians and customer service in town. Everyone is so nice that they feel like family. I've been using Geiler for years and will continue to do so for however long I need their services.

I have never actually used their services. However, their customer service is phenomenal. I was stranded in the middle of the night after I ran over something in the road and it put a hole in my transmission, draining all of the fluid. Two guys in a TJ Dyer truck not only stopped and assisted me, but went out of their way to ensure that I was left in a safe place. If they are that helpful to a complete stranger on a dark road, I can only imagine how they treat their paying customers.

The add in the phone book that the company told us to look at says no service call fees. They charged $199 for 15 minutes to replace a capacitor. Plus $65 for the part. I did some digging the part costs $27. OK they are a business I will go with it. My air conditioner was working. They leave, it goes out 4 hours later. I called backed and asked if it will another $199 for service call? Their response...well it sounds like your problem is not related to our previous work...so yes. This probably sounds like an incoherent mess, short story I will never call this company again!
