The first gentleman came and worked very, very hard. Could not clear it. He knew where it was, but couldn't clear it. No charge. Fantastic. The high pressure associate came and he got it open. We still had slow drains for a day, but it improved and everything is good. We need major repairs which we will have Rotor-Rotor do. They really helped us out.

The whole team has been extremely helpful from Skyler & Lindsey in the office to Geoff on site. I'm not at the house and have a friend coordinating with me. They have kept me informed, giving solid guidance while managing the circular communication process.

I continue to work with Halpin as we address my repairs. Thay have been fantastic, supportive and helpful. Christain was my recent plumber and Sarah from the office helped me with the next step.

The saga continued due to the different professionals involved and timing each team. Halpin team continually worked with me, were able to work around timelines. Every appointment Christian clarified the plan for that visit, called with any changes and informed me when he was done. He and Kyle along with the whole office team were always professional, kind, willing to educate me.
Never wad my ignorance used against me, meaning they never tried to oversell me or do unnecessary work.
I will use them again- hopefully won't need anything soon.
I have been sharing their name with friends and co-workers so they have it should a need arise.

Installed a new twin bowl laundry sink replacing an old heavy concrete sink. The old sink was cumbersome and pretty hard to excavate. Initially, a smaller single bowl sink was installed due to the unavailability of a twin bowl sink. A new supply line to the sink and a new faucet with both, hot and cold water lines were also installed. The sink works well and the service through Collier's Plumbing was very affordable.

The girl dealing with me on a Sunday, while I’m bailing water and frustrated was awesome. Consummate professional dealing with an excited customer. Nick, the plumber, was great; polite, professional, skilled, neat and answered my barrage of questions. Will absolutely recommend Spartan and use them again. When I had an emergency on the Sunday of a three-day weekend, they took care of me. No sales pitch, just answers. Quick, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I called on Tuesday afternoon and they were able to come the next morning. They called and came within promised time. Got a quote before the work was started and they honored the quote even though it cost a bit more. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Definitely will use Roto-Rooter again. Chuck & Brandon did a great job!

Nathan was amazing ! He came out same day , gave us a quote , helped us break down pricing and financing and got to work the next day ! We appreciated how detail oriented he was , on time and kind he was. He installed a kitchen sink and faucet for us , then washer and dryer hookup with brand new water lines and plumbing. He worked extremely hard and we’re thankful for him!

Replaced 53ft of water line from the house to the meter. Awesome job. I would highly recommend.

Recently, I enlisted Roto-Rooter's services to clear clogged pipes in my kitchen and laundry room, but the outcome was unsatisfactory. Adding to my disappointment, the plumber initially claimed they couldn't access the roof to clear the four pipes, despite another company doing so successfully six years ago. He even said that would have been faster and had a better result. However, the plumber later contradicted himself, mentioning they could access the roof with a harness, but a shortage within their company prevented its use. This raised concerns about safety protocols and organizational efficiency. I reached out to the manager, who confirmed their plumbers weren't permitted on roofs but admitted they could access commercial roofs. The next day after water started seeping through the floor after running the dishwasher. I called our appliance repair man and he showed us the water was not coming from the dishwasher or from under the sink. The dishwasher wasn't the cause, and as the issue emerged after Roto-Rooter's work, I contacted Roto Rooter and they sent a repairman who denied responsibility and claimed we had bad pipes, despite PVC replacements of all our pipes a few years ago. When I requested a camera inspection, he wanted to charge me. Later, the manager, Ross Musa, called and repeated the same, but in a rude and arrogant manner. The high price of $480 to snake a pipe where the avreage charge in Fort Lauderdale, Fl is $75-$125 for minimal work, along with conflicting information from the plumber and manager regarding roof accessibility and safety gear, left a negative impression. The damages they caused, including the pipe they broke with the snake and subsequent water leakage, only added to my frustration. As a business consultant for 52 years, I strongly advise thorough research and exploring alternative options before considering Roto-Rooter for plumbing needs. I would like them to fix the pipe they broke or prove i have bad pipes and refund my $480.000.

They the same tech to take a look at my problem.The technician who arrived at my house turned out to be the very same person who had caused the initial problem. It was a frustrating and unexpected coincidence. When he showed up, he casually asked if I had called Roto Rooter, to which I replied, questioning who had sent him. Seemingly uninterested, he began to head back to his truck.
Once he finally came in to inspect the issue, he confidently stated that my kitchen floor was not leaking. However, he insisted that he turn the water on to properly assess the situation. He poured 15 gallons of water down the sink he said. Still, he maintained that there was no sign of a leak, assuring me the problem was resolved.And than the water coming up through the floor .
I asked him if it was possible for a plumber's snake to crack a PVC pipe. He admitted that it was indeed possible. He insisted that the only way to determine the exact location of the leak was by running a camera through the pipe. I agreed, thinking it would finally put an end to the uncertainty surrounding the situation.
However, much to my surprise, he then informed me that running the camera would come with an additional charge. I couldn't believe it –
Sadly, this was not an isolated incident with Roto Rooter. Numerous complaints had been filed against them for breaking pipes with their plumber's snakes.
Dealing with this situation had left me feeling disappointed and disillusioned with the service industry and Roto Rooter.

We now have water leaking under the floor it will not dry up even after using a shop vac.

I would like my money back $480.00
