Best Clogged Drain Issues in Cincinnati OH

Kudos to Ryan for an excellent job today cleaning out a very clogged drain! Ryan was efficient, professional and knowledgeable. He also did a great job cleaning up. This was my first time using 1-Tom Plumber and I will definitely call them again with any other plumbing needs.

Within 2 hours of my call, He came with full load of equipment. He did an excellent job and clean the whole sewer pipe without additional charge. The faucet change was done flawlessly as well. I am very satisfied with the service and highly recommend them!

This man grew his own shadow and started from the bottom and is an amazing worker. You can tell over the phone thats hes not only a professional but it felt like I was talking to a friend. In the end the prices and honesty showed how much he truly cares about our community. Id give 10 stars if I could. He even installed a free water heater for my aging mother.

The plumber was very knowledgeable about plumbing, was able to give me some education on my houses pipes and the best way to take care of them. These guys are great. I have used them many times for various issues over the past few years. They are responsive, friendly and affordable. I do not plan on shopping for a plumber anytime soon as I have one.

They replaced the water line from the meter to the house. There was one issue which they came out and addressed promptly. The personnel were very easy to work with. Stiĺl need to wait for the soil to settle in the 4 foot deep trench and around the meter.

Contacted via Angi for repair/replace of water heater. Spoke with Eric Warner 3 times prior to him responding to my home for an estimate. At no point during those conversations did he mention a $129.00 Trip charge. No other contractor requested a charge for an estimate. If you contact or are contacted by American Rooter, be sure to enquire about a fee for an estimate. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and Angi.

I used a home warranty and the warranty company screwed up and didn't send in a work order but the plumber was very responsive. He did a tremendous job and I would recommend him to anyone. Please use his company. He is very good.

Had water backup into the basement. Called late at night and Roto-Rooter was there in 30 minutes. They were able to take care of my issue quickly and efficiently. Their technician John was very polite and professional.

We had a gas leak here in my duple Duke cut it off and they ce to make the required powers. Well they didn't fix it properly and when Duke came back out it failed ins I ection. He didn't pressure test the lines after the repairs were made. Then they refused to send someone to make the required fix. So now we're just stuck in limbo. Other plumbers dont want to go behind them and we have no heat, hot water or stived. Which all ran off of gas. Really bad business. Be careful or you'll be stuck too.
