Even though the lady I spoke to for scheduling an AC tune up marked us down for a Furnace tune up by accident, our technician was so flexible and was able to do our AC at our scheduled time instead of the furnace that he originally expected to be working on. He was so helpful and explained everything he did and even encountered a problem that he went ahead and fixed on the spot. It was fast service, and very informative! Thinking about doing their annual packages to have them come out twice a year

When my A/C unit broke down Apollo Home repaired it the same day I called. Their service tech, Leon Pittman, showed up on time and did everything he could to find a freon leak. He was very professional, explaining what he was doing and answered all my questions. He explained the bill before he started so I knew what to expect. I was very pleased with everything except the cost of freon.
