Technician CJ was awesome. Got right to the problem and replaced part. He checked everything else out to verify voltage was within specs. CJ was very clean in his appearance and work site. He was very personable and professional. I will use Apollo again 100%.Update: Had Apollo Home out again for HVAC cleaning as suggested by last technician who serviced my unit. Same professionalism from this technician as the last. In addition, also had Apollo Home plumber come to install my new faucet as well as a unit to prevent calcium buildup in my tankless hot water system. Upon arrival he noticed I had a water softener. He tested the water and the results indicated the water softener was doing its job and told me I didn’t need the expensive unit he came to install. He installed my faucet and flushed my hot water heater at no cost to see the condition to be sure I didn’t need the unit. I really appreciate a company whose policy is honesty and practiced by their staff. Next week I will have Apollo Home electrician install electrical box and ceiling fan on my deck. I expect I will see the same professionalism from Apollo Home electrician as I have seen so far. Very impressed with Apollo.

Russell arrived to look at our heater that was blowing cool air with -36° wind chills. Well, Russell who was extremely pleasant and certainly capable, fixed the heater right away.
