Very Pleased. The plumbers showed up on time. Whenever they went out to the truck they removed their shoe covers so as not to dirty them up and track it into the home. I have had so many workers in the past, from other companies, put on shoe covers then walk out into the parking lot, with the shoe covers on! And bring back the dirt and oil back into my home. But, my Blue Planet plumbers, removed their shoe covers each time they left and put them back on each time they entered.

Anyway, back to the reason they were here, my drain was cleared the first time and at a reasonable price. I'm keeping Blue Planet in my contacts for any futures plumbing needs. Mike was friendly and professional as was his assistant. Sorry, never got his name but he was every bit as courteous and professional. Thanks Blue Planet.

Al was able to further identify opportunities to avoid additional issues and implemented a design change to correct an flaw in how the piping was routed. I called Perry Plumbing after I was waiting for Drain Patrol Plumbing for 2 days for some one to show but I was told there was no plumbers available even though they set a time for one to show for both days!!
