I called Premier Plumbing. Delbert came in and first replaced a bathroom cartridge that was preventing our toilet tank from filling up. He also installed a Halo Filtration System and today fixed a leaking Master Bathroom toilet. They were very proficient and professional. I highly recommend Premier Plumbing to anyone.

BPI was hired by First Residential HOA to fix a broken pipe in the Antigua neighborhood of Eastlake in Chula Vista. For the past 7 days they have turned the water off to over 70 families everyday, EVERYDAY they failed to turn the water off or back on at the times they said they would. This lead to NO water in the evenings, throughout the night and in the mornings, even before 7a, No water to shower for work, doctor appointments etc.
They even claimed that the pipe was fixed and water was restored only to find out that the poor quality of work caused the pipe to burst again.

Armando and his crew were AMAZING!!! We had major sewer repair work done and they were able to get the job done quickly, at a grate rate, and finished ON TIME. Just like any large job there were complications that came up but he went the extra mile to insure it was resolved quickly and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
