Best Water Treatment in Chula Vista CA

Martin came out the first time and knew exactly what needed to be done. He went online and showed me what part I needed to order. I placed the order while he was here and it gave me an estimated time of delivery. We scheduled the next meeting for that day. The part showed up two days early. Someone from the company called me to confirm the appointment the day before. Martin showed up, installed the part rather quickly and resolved the issue many others couldn't. Martin went above and beyond needless to say I am extremely pleased with him and the company overall. I am very happy to write a review when I receive exceptional service.

Miguel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in his craft. He installed a reverse osmosis system for us and a garbage disposal unit. Not one person could get our plumbing under the kitchen sink right until he fixed it. He was beyond helpful with any information we needed to maintain the unit in the future. You can tell he loves what he does and I'm sure we will always call Miguel for his services. We've called him a couple of times already. I recommend Miguel to anyone that I hear needing plumbing services done.

BPI was hired by First Residential HOA to fix a broken pipe in the Antigua neighborhood of Eastlake in Chula Vista. For the past 7 days they have turned the water off to over 70 families everyday, EVERYDAY they failed to turn the water off or back on at the times they said they would. This lead to NO water in the evenings, throughout the night and in the mornings, even before 7a, No water to shower for work, doctor appointments etc.
They even claimed that the pipe was fixed and water was restored only to find out that the poor quality of work caused the pipe to burst again.

Needed a new water heater, called and talked to Jacob. He came out and gave us a quote and installed a new one same day.
He was knowledgeable, polite, neat and fast. I will definitely use this company in the future when needed. Thank you Jacob for a job well done.

Eric was at my home within the hour after I called to say my old water heater went out. Once we determined I needed a replacement. He and his crew were out early the following day to do the new install.
He had all the parts in his shop, so no waiting for parts to ship. His crew were very neat and clean and quit freindly. The job was over in 1 hr. They cleaned up well, thanked me and went over service for unit. Very impressed

Danny was fast to respond, came out and gave us a very good quote. We had quotes from multiple companies and his was the best! It included a very nice tankless water heater by a fantastic company- Navien as well as adding an exhaust line, drain line and removal of our old water heater!! Absolutely use them for your water heater needs!!

Fernando, Torres did an excellent job was really clean with his work in the area that he was working on, left it all clean. I appreciate his hard work and dedication to his job 100% recommend him and a if I have another clog drain I’ll ask for him.

I hired John Padilla Plumbing to install a faucet with a water filtration system. The plumbers, Javier and Angel, were extremely professional and did a great job. The plumbers were friendly, courteous and did amazing work in a timely manner. They are priced fairly for the quality. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

The customer service is amazing, Tatiana was responsive & efficient when scheduling service at my rental house in National City. Their technician, Martin, was friendly and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended.
