Best Water Treatment in Chula Vista CA

Travis provided excellent customer service. He was able to identify, repair and complete my leaky shower job very quickly. I highly recommend Travis, he’s one of the best technicians at Bill Howe.

Miguel was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in his craft. He installed a reverse osmosis system for us and a garbage disposal unit. Not one person could get our plumbing under the kitchen sink right until he fixed it. He was beyond helpful with any information we needed to maintain the unit in the future. You can tell he loves what he does and I'm sure we will always call Miguel for his services. We've called him a couple of times already. I recommend Miguel to anyone that I hear needing plumbing services done.

BPI was hired by First Residential HOA to fix a broken pipe in the Antigua neighborhood of Eastlake in Chula Vista. For the past 7 days they have turned the water off to over 70 families everyday, EVERYDAY they failed to turn the water off or back on at the times they said they would. This lead to NO water in the evenings, throughout the night and in the mornings, even before 7a, No water to shower for work, doctor appointments etc.
They even claimed that the pipe was fixed and water was restored only to find out that the poor quality of work caused the pipe to burst again.

I needed help with looking for the correct water filters to buy and they helped me answer all my questions at $0 cost! They were professional and quick to respond and I really appreciated their help.

Pablo responded to my phone call about our plumbing issue around 10pm, he was immediately responsive even during late hours. He offered to come fix the issue right away, but I let him know we don’t mind waiting until the morning. Him and his coworker arrived exactly when they said they would, called and gave me a 30 minute notice and were friendly while completing the task. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and sanitized the space where the plumbing problem took place. 5 stars for Fuentes plumbing and drain!!!

So the first time they came they were not ime and very professional. Yet the second time we called them to request their service they told us they were going to arrive in an hour, it's over one hour so I decided to call the woman who answer me told they were going to arrive shortly and hang up after telling me that... and it is am emergency.
