They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

We had a water heater emergency and had called several plumbers to give us a quote to replace our leaking water heater. We had a mess and no water.
The next morning we had a parade of plumbers come to give us quotes...then Mr. Tito Dueñas from Blue Planet, came and he looked at our problem and knew right away what had to be done and he noticed that there were some things that also needed attention. He gave his quote and gave us the time we needed to decide what we were going to do. Once we decided to move forward, he got busy right away. Soon, we once again had running hot water and now we have a plumber that we can recommend, also one that we can depend on if we have another emergency...

I called on a weekend, never fails something always goes wrong on a weekend! Called on Saturday and was scheduled for Sunday with no premium charge, can't beat that, I had Salvador, he was awesome, polite and really professional. My drain must have been really clogged because not only did he have to use a 75' snake and it took quite awhile, he got the job done, cleaned up the mess and didn't leave until he was positive the job was done.. the price was more than reasonable , they aren't like Plummer's I've had many over the years and this has been the Best one so far.. call these guys, you won't be sorry... now it's fixed so I guess I have to do the dishes now!!' I’ve been using fix for several years and through a couple of emergency leaks. Always prompt, courteous, quality repairs and fair prices. I always trust that they are telling me the truth and giving me the best price possible.

We used their services for maintenance of our water heater and AC/furnace. The guys, Miguel and Enoch, both showed up on time at the beginning of the booked slot. Both were very professional, friendly, and did a fine job. Given these coronavirus times, they had face coverings. They also brought their own shoe covers and took care walking around the house. It turned out our water heater and regulator were worn out and had to be replaced. Miguel guided us patiently through the options. Enoch added some parts to the furnace and compressor for safety and longevity. Thankfully they took payment by card online on their tablet because I don’t handle cash these days. Overall, timely and smooth service! Of course, I do not know about the quality of the new parts until we get to use them over a longer period. :) The parts are not cheap but the rates seem reasonable and at market value.

We were without hot water for two days and once Jacob came over he quickly identified the problem, gave us some options and was back later that same day to install a brand new water heater. I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
