They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

The employees at this company do a great work. When it come to getting messy to fix any appliances for your home call blue planet. They provide excellent customer service. This company has reasonable prices, that will leave your home fixed. Wether it's a drain that's clogged, to having a leakage in your shower , these plumbers will get it fixed. The plumbers Abraham and Dilbert were great, very Professional., I am pleased to recommend them.

Clarence and Xavier were respectful and efficient. They accomplished the impossible! They made every effort to get the leaky pipe taken care of without having to go through our neighbor's adjoining wall! They even saved us some money. This is the second time I've used Bill Howe. We used them last year at my mom's house. I was very impressed.So when we needed a good plumber with reasonable rates, I suggested Bill Howe immediately. I highly recommend this company. Miguel did a great job and was very easy to work with. He came out, discussed options with me and gave a detailed and itemized estimate. On the day of work he was on time and installed everything cleanly. He cares about how the end product looks and doesn’t cut corners. He’s also a nice guy and taught me a lot about plumbing. I’ll definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing need.

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Fast - Reasonable - Pleasant
Cleaned up and didn’t even notice the work had been done … except the problem was fixed.

On time, responsive, and honest! We had Efran come by to check out our shower which ended up being a far bigger job than we could tackle that day. I had him get on the phone with my landlord (who speaks plumbing) to explain the issue, and there was no fluff or unnecessary work added into the quote. We appreciated that very much, Efran.

He then took the time to dumb it down for me (not fluent in plumbing)...and let's just say it's a good thing I did not try to fix this myself. We will be in contact very soon to finish the job. Thank you, Speedi Rooter!

Fast callback and I appreciated having an ETA. Ricky and Jose were very professional and knowledgeable. My toilet problem was quickly diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. They applied the discount from the newspaper, so that brought the cost down.
I highly recommend this company.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
