Ricardo did a great job. I called with a serious plumbing problem and they said they would come out within an hour and they were here within the time frame they game me and explained everything in detail and answer all the questions I had.

2023Super frustrated with my experience today. Made 2 appointments and 2 different properties and was given 3 hour windows for each once. They didn't show up until will over an hour past the three hour window for each appointment. They didn't call to say they would not make the three hour window. They sent an automated text to me for each and said to chat if I had any questions, but they did not respond to my texts. I called several times, was given misinformation about who would be coming, when they would be coming, why they missed my appointments, they said they'd call back and never did. At the end spoke to manager Steven who just wanted to talk over me, be snotty and not listen, nor do anything to resolve the situation. I left a good review before for my issue with a sewer pipe, but I can't recommend nor would I ever use Bill Howe for inside plumbing issues again.2019I had Anderson plumbing out regarding a clogged sewer pipe. They charged $144 to unclog, and wanted $6k to fix the pipe. They said I had to make a decision immediately regarding fixing the pipe which seemed off to me, and the price seemed high. Sewer backed up again within 24 hours.I had Bill Howe out, and they sent Louie who was amazing and extremely helpful. He unclogged the drain within 15 mins, and took a huge chunk of roots/sludge out. He showed me how he could tell where the problem was, and made sure there was not problem anywhere else on the line. Anderson had told me they could not get their camera past the block so there could be problems out into the street that I would be responsible for. Louie just but the camera in a separate access point and was able to make sure the drain was clear.I had Bill Howe fix the compromised drain pipe, and their price was less than $4k, which was more than a third less than Anderson. There was great communication the whole time. Scott did the work fixing the pipe and he was nice, professional, clean and thorough.

We had a gas pipe leak, and we called Miguel. He showed up promptly and quickly identified the source of the leak. He took the time to go to Home Depot and buy the necessary materials to fix it. He did a great job, was professional, and had a friendly personality.

The install was clean, fast, and met all of our needs. The price was below market; specially for this type of water system. Finally, the product was exactly what WE wanted (a professional 4 filter system including alkaline, and even included an unexpected moisture detection sensor with auto shut off).

I found JC Plumbing through Angie’s list since I have a problem with my shower in which it does not allow me to have a full flow of water out of the shower head even after I removed the water saver device in the shower head and the handle is very sticky and catching as you turn on the handle so I know that the control valve needs to be replaced. I also went through his web site and learned that his passion for plumbing run in his family. I decided to contact him through his email web site and I am so glad that I did. He contacted me back on the same day and we set it up for the next day with 30 minutes call ahead so I don’t have to wait long. He is professional with well stocking truck so there will be no wasting time for looking tools or parts. He did some testing, open the shower control valve, diagnosis the problem and provide the solutions. It turn out the shower control valve that I have is from the European style and he did offered to rebuild instead of the replacement but since I already bought the replacement part I decided to do the replacement instead. He is reasonable in price and negotiable as compare to other recommended plumbers as I have contacted. He worked carefully, methodically, step by step, and clean up after he is done. I recommended him highly will use him again when the need is arrived.

Danny arrived to investigate the problems and gave good instruction on posting notices for water shut off to a building of 16 units. He gave me a firm estimate and came back on the scheduled day to make the repairs.
