I chose this company based on yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. Delbert was very processional. He explained in detail the work needed on my shower valve. Left my house to get needed parts, returned when he said he would and installed the parts. I got a fair price for the work. Great customer service. I will recommend Premier Rooter & Plumbing to friends and family.

This review is for Francisco Covarrubias, Estimator, Bill Howe PHARFS. I had flooding and water damage in my condo in March 2023 due to a valve busting and a second water emergency in July 2023 when my water heater leaked water from the top. I called Bill Howe, they sent a plumber the same day, and the plumbing emergency repairs were done. Unfortunately, the water damage had extended to both bathrooms and damaged the ceiling of the condo downstairs. On both incidents, Francisco Covarrubias, Estimator, Bill Howe, went to my condo to assess the damage and provide me with a water mitigation and reconstruction estimate of the repairs. He arrived on time, very knowledgeable, educated, professional, and with a great personality. Also, he’s Bilingual and it was very helpful for me to be able to talk to him in Spanish about the damages and next steps moving forward. Francisco explained to me that he has worked in the past with USAA, my insurance company, and he prepared the cost estimate taking into consideration USAA’s requirements. As with any project, the reconstruction project had delays and extended longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. Nevertheless, Francisco answered my calls and emails without delay and tried to help me as best as possible. After the reconstruction project was completed in June, he followed up with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the work. In July 2023, Francisco went to my home to assess the damages and provide me with solutions until Luis took over as the estimator for this second home reconstruction project. I appreciated that Francisco answered my call and my questions and provided me with a realistic expectation for this new project. I highly recommend Francisco Covarrubias and Bill Howe for your plumbing and home reconstruction projects. I’m very grateful for the whole team's hard work! I’d give them 10 stars !

Did absolutely top notch work for me on a recent project. It was a complicated project but he knocked it out quickly and cleanly. Highly knowledgeable, responsive, and keeps you in the loop at all times - I wouldn’t hesitate to call again for anything plumbing related.

Called frantically in a busted pipe emergency and 805 came to the rescue and SOON too! (in the middle of rush hour). Very competent and informative about warning signs in the future to prevent another corrosion issue. Knock on wood about plumbing problems but if I need to call anyone 805 is first on the list.
