It was Christmas Eve when my entire bathroom backed up and was filling with disgusting water. I called 4 plumbers before I tried Drain Medic. Some didn’t even answer or return my calls, others were at least kind enough to tell me they weren’t interested. Not only did Drain Medic take my call but they were there within an hour after already waiting 6 to “hear back from” other plumbers. Solid Plumbing and Drains completed a repair that required opening our wall in two places for which a cover was needed to close them. What was brought back and installed were very attractive plastic covers on a hinge so the area can be readily accessed in the future should the need arise.

Awesome service..Very professional but super friendly at the same time I felt as though I knew him for much longer than just today. Showed that he cared to fix my plumbing problem and not just rush through it. To unclog the toilet I thought was a really good price already. But my toilet was messed up and so we had to buy a new one. The guy took the time to go with me to Home Depot and help me purchase one. He carried it for me and everything. Replaced my old one with the new one and it's working great and for that I thought was a really good price as well. Thank you!!!!

They came to unclog the lines at my other home in encanto awhile back. Mike, Michael Reyes stuck his power washer into the line which then got stuck.. he said the only way to take it out would be for me to hire some one to dig and cut open the line then threatened to charge us extra for every hour his power washer was stuck like it was our fault. Neighbors ended up pulling the power washer out with teamwork.. but not before Mike threatened us with having to buy him a new washer if we damaged it. After we finally got it out Mike said we would have to hire a better company with better tools to fix the problem but even though he couldn't complete the job we have to pay him in full. So finally we sent him on his way.. there was just one problem the probably about 20-50 gallons he pulled from my hose, into the power washer reservoir. Michael Reyes's vehicle lacked the ability to pull the weight uphill.. and began turning tires... Michael Reyes not confident in his ability to back out down the hill to the other exit continued to attempt the hill climb losing control and smashing into my fence. After a tense conversation Reyes promised me to my face he would return the next day to fix my fence we closed with a handshake.. My neighbor fixed it a week later. New post and 2 by 4s had to be purchased because Mike decide he was going to put a saw to my fence to free himself. Called office and the lady sitting in the passenger seat of Reyes vehicle answered so I must assume he's the boss.. which warrants a good laugh.
