I found JC Plumbing through Angie’s list since I have a problem with my shower in which it does not allow me to have a full flow of water out of the shower head even after I removed the water saver device in the shower head and the handle is very sticky and catching as you turn on the handle so I know that the control valve needs to be replaced. I also went through his web site and learned that his passion for plumbing run in his family. I decided to contact him through his email web site and I am so glad that I did. He contacted me back on the same day and we set it up for the next day with 30 minutes call ahead so I don’t have to wait long. He is professional with well stocking truck so there will be no wasting time for looking tools or parts. He did some testing, open the shower control valve, diagnosis the problem and provide the solutions. It turn out the shower control valve that I have is from the European style and he did offered to rebuild instead of the replacement but since I already bought the replacement part I decided to do the replacement instead. He is reasonable in price and negotiable as compare to other recommended plumbers as I have contacted. He worked carefully, methodically, step by step, and clean up after he is done. I recommended him highly will use him again when the need is arrived.

Armando is awesome. During our kitchen reno we found we had some plumbing that needed to be moved. Armando responded and scheduled our work very quickly. While he was here I mentioned a small issue in one of our bathrooms. He went out and purchased materials and was able to finish the entire job in a day. He also gave some recommendations for our sink before we had it installed. Not only is he very courteous and professional but also affordable. I've already provided his card to the rest of the tenants in our complex. I'll definitely be calling him again when we have our bathrooms done.

We just had a very positive experience with Arnett’s. Phillip came out for our annual tankless hot water heater flush. When he saw calcium deposits forming on the hot water pipes exiting the heater, he asked if it would be okay to remove the cover panel to see how things looked on the inside. He was concerned that it appeared that our system was on its last legs, and if he were to do the flush, it might cause a leak, which he wanted to avoid. He recommended that instead of doing the flush, it would be better to run the system until it dies, and then spend the money on a new system when needed instead. There was no charge for the service today. Phillip was courteous, honorable, and timely. There is no doubt that we will call Arnett’s when it is time to replace our tankless hot water heater.
