Replaced an old filter housing that was leaking. Also replaced the pressure valve and cutoff valve at my request. Fixed the shoddy work from back when the house was built. I would highly recommend calling Jacob for any pipe work. A real pro.

I had JC Plumbing, I called and scheduled a problem with Victor and had an appointment setup for this morning. He Called to let me know when was headed my way. It was not long before he was parked in front of my garage ready to do the work! He was very courteous and had lots of questions to find out what work needed to be done. I had a pinhole in a 3/4 copper pipe, he suggested I remove a little more than I had thought necessary, but when the work was don't I could see why he did the larger section. He also replaces a ball valve. The work was done and he was on the road to his next customer in good time. I was very glad I called JC Plumbing great job!

Great company

Water Heater stopped working (error 11 ignition issue) so I call Arnetts as the business card was still on my 2008 Nortiz Heater. Eric came right out, which was great. I let him know I had a Plummer friend that mentioned there was a good chance the ignitor plug may need to changed. Easy fix but the part will take 3 days to get it. Thus I called Arnetts as I did not want to go 3 days with no hot water. Eric played with the heating pad and plugged some sort of power system up. With in two minutes states sorry bad news the power system its totally shot. He claims he might be able to fix it but he'd have to take the entire system down and take it a part. It would cost $500 to do that and no guarantee it could be fixed. I state the simple solution of trying to change the ignitor plug out once again. He claims to not have the part and assures me that he has been doing this for 22 years. these systems just stop working all the time, States again it's a power issue, no way changing a plug will do anything. He claims to have a new system in the trunk and for $2800 will have it installed in less than one hour. I say thanks but I will get a second option and quote. Glad I did as the part came in (18 dollars) I swapped it out (only had to take 2 screws out and put back in) boom it worked. If I had not had a Plummer friend I would not have had any idea. I have never written a review but felt it was necessary. Crazy that every review is 5 stars for these folks.

Leo did a great job replacing a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal as well as all the pipes under the sink for a very reasonable price. He gave a written estimate before the work began and kept me in the loop as he did the job. He texted me 15 minutes before his arrival, which I appreciated, and after the work was completed, he emailed an invoice along with pictures of the completed work for my records. His business practices are very thorough and professional - I will definitely use him in the future for my plumbing needs.
