They arrived within the specified time frame. The plumber was pleasant to work with. A little pricey but they don't charge extra for working at night or weekends. Would've given 5 stars if they weren't on the expensive side.

Well we had an appointment today (12/22/19) between 11am to 1pm. Although, they called and said the guy was running late, he finally showed up after 3pm, and the price was way more than any of our neighbors paid to have their water heater replaced., which was within the past year. And, we all moved into our homes during the same year (12-2003) The guy kept saying this is a really old water heater (like we were not aware of that) what does that have to do with the price being way overpriced in my opinion, like he was justifying why it was going to be $2,800 or more. Well we will keep shopping around and have to go old school and boil water or going to a families house for showers. LOL

The gentlemen were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were just great to work with. They walked me through the process and were also able to educate me on the pipes in my house. We will definitely use them again.

They did an outstanding job. really respectful and professional. We value this fantastic group of people! They provide excellent service and are trustworthy and diligent.

Paul is such an awesome guy. We called him for a clogged drain late afternoon and he was able to come out the next morning. Paul was very informative and showed us exactly where the problem was.
