I was having a major pipe issue where I couldn't use my bathroom toilet or shower. They sent an awesome dude named Michael out after 9pm, and he was able to resolve the issue for my small apartment building within an hour. He was super nice and chill. We'd been having issues with the plumbing in our house off and on for months (slow draining tub/sink, flooding in the garage from the washing machine not draining properly, rotten egg smell from some of the drains - no fun!). I called around to a number of local companies to get info about their availability and pricing. Speedi Rooter was by far the most responsive and professional. They were the only company that actually connected me with a service tech over the phone before the appointment so that I could get a better idea of what we were up against (all the others would only let me talk with a dispatcher and said we'd have to wait until the service techs were here to talk with them). Efran and Pauly arrived on time for our appointment and were super friendly and professional. Efran was the one who'd already spent ~30min on the phone with me the week before so he reviewed everything we'd discussed via the phone with me and my boyfriend and we all figured out the best way to proceed. Once we decided on a plan, they got to work right away and our plumbing was working great just a few hours later. Overall we had a great experience with Speedi Rooter and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber in the San Diego area!
