Trevor is an excellent representative of Bill Howe. He was well prepared for his visit to replace my hot water heater . He asked for photos and details so he knew exactly what he needed to bring. Then he got on with the job professionally . I knew I needed a new hot water heater but put it off because I dreaded the process of getting it done. Trevor made it, if not painless, at least quite doable. I would use Bill Howe again. I used them because they did good work for a friend.

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

I needed a water pressure regulator and main line shut-off valve installed, since I had just had a hot water slab leak. The water pressure coming into my house was at about 100 psi. I suspected that kind of elevated water pressure more than likely caused the under the slab pipe to leak. A couple of my neighbors had work done by Infinity Plumbing and I was impressed with the quality of the plumbing work. I decided to call them. Armando is awesome. During our kitchen reno we found we had some plumbing that needed to be moved. Armando responded and scheduled our work very quickly. While he was here I mentioned a small issue in one of our bathrooms. He went out and purchased materials and was able to finish the entire job in a day. He also gave some recommendations for our sink before we had it installed. Not only is he very courteous and professional but also affordable. I've already provided his card to the rest of the tenants in our complex. I'll definitely be calling him again when we have our bathrooms done.

Yep....that explains why our toilet wasn't flushing! Aggressive tree roots that have damaged the main line under the house, so........ we will be lining the pipe soon! But for now Brandon made it possible to flush again-YAY-Thank you Brandon!!!!!
