I noticed water coming out of a drain plug and my shower had about 3 inches of standing water. I needed a plumber fast. Within 30 minutes they were at my front door ready to work. Ruben cleared the main line clogged and Ricardo showed me the issue with the camera. He said i might continue having issues so he spent about 1/2 hour locating where pipes run and where this 'valve' was that may cause issues. Will call again when i have plumbing issues

We just had Jack from Fix Plumbing & Drains come by to help us fix our bathroom sink, it wasn't draining at all. Our property management wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday so they organized for this plumbing company to come by. We had a wonderful experience. A woman called this morning to schedule a time frame for Jack to come by. She called when he was on his way over as well to give us notice. He arrived within the time slot and was very friendly, professional and considerate (he wore his mask the entire visit, which is important to me during the current pandemic). He fixed the problem within an hour, communicated with us what was going on and how he fixed it when we asked, and made sure to clean up the mess afterward before leaving. Clarence Davis was my technician. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed my water leak under my bathroom sink and identified the problem quickly. He knew exactly what to do to remedy the issue and fixed it quickly. I definitely will use him again for future plumbing problems. Great service!

Great service, good prices, although not punctual but I can understand if the previous job takes longer. I work construction and things just run late all the time. So the fact that they were an hour late doesn't knock any points off in my book.

R & J Plumbing did a great job! We had a single bowl vanity that we were upgrading to a double vanity on the wall adjacent. We had to close off the water lines that went to the bathroom on the other side and move the drain to another vent pipe. They had to reroute the water lines through the studs too.

Doesn't seem like an easy job and we were expecting it to cost us a lot more. Thankfully Raul quoted us INCREDIBLY competitive pricing that we couldn't decline. He was able to schedule the work to be done within less than a week and was a fraction of the price. Raul was very well at communicating with us, very timely, and will absolutely rehire him and his team for our next projects.

I can’t recommend Jacob and Trusted Water Systems ENOUGH!! Absolute lifesaver!! I was not getting hot water in my house for over 3 months and had even installed a brand new shower valve to remedy the issue. Several individuals came and spent 8 hour days here, couldn’t figure out the problem, and wanted to cut my walls and redo piping. I have a small business in La Jolla and we started our day off horribly being held up by health inspector because my water heater was too low.
