Thank you so much for helping my mother out at her home in National City, at 3 in the morning. Having a pipe burst on you is no fun especially in the middle of the night. Called the guys at National Emergency Plumber and they were able to get there in 15 minutes and get the job down within an hour. Thank you for the great service and great price!

I am absolutely Appalled by the lack of integrity from BPI Plumbing in Chula Vista. First of all, they are horrible I returning calls.
They manager did not provide a receipt upon payment, when they promised it. I Asked for an itemized receipt because the chargers were much higher than estimated. The installation was not done appropriately.
I called on 7/28 to complain about both issues and I was informed that they were coming today from 8 to 10:00 a.m. This was the soonest appointment, so we waited, and waited.
I took the morning off work-and they did not show up or call!
Furthermore, I just called 15 minutes ago since I gave them a 20 minute, 3rd chance to come through and there was no answer. I went directly to voicemail.

I still never got a recept. Shady enough?

I guess the Better Business Bureau is next.

Terrific Work Chris Will Explain To You Want He’ll Do And Take Pictures …. The pipes that he changed were old iron cast pipes and replaced them with top of the line plastic pipes. He installed a new toilet 🚽 and he fixed the shower drain. I would recommend him to the people I know he does a very good job. And he cleans up after doing a great job. Here are some pictures of before and after.

Raul did a great job fixing a toilet leak and replacing a faucet. He called prior to arriving, wore a mask and was friendly and professional. He explained what caused the leak and how he would fix it. He was quick and efficient. Will contact him again for additional plumbing work.

Felipe is fantastic. He changed out our dishwasher quickly and made the new units work better than our old unit. He's AMAZING!!!

What a relief to find a company that is so responsive and organized. Michele was helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She kept me and my tenant informed at all times. Danny arrived to investigate the problems and gave good instruction on posting notices for water shut off to a building of 16 units. He gave me a firm estimate and came back on the scheduled day to make the repairs. I have pictures of his damage that he's caused but this is all the effort I'm going to give that ill mannered person.

Very responsive - left voicemail and they got back to my within an hour to set up an appointment. I was able to schedule for the next day and they gave me a window when my appointment would take place.

I got a text the night before confirming my appointment and the name of the tech who would be coming.

My tech, Alex, was right on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He was very personable and was able to take care of all of my plumbing problems with no issue.
