Had an issue with a toilet backing up at a rental property on a holiday and was so thankful that Mike responded to my frantic phone call! Although he was on a current call he advised how soon he might be done and we made plans for him to be a backup while I was awaiting a response from the home warranty company. I hadn't heard back from the warranty company when Mike and I reconnected so he headed over right away. He explained what he was going to do and sent over images with a diagnoses within the hour. The diagnoses and repair were quick and very reasonable. His prompt response & actions have now secured Blue Planet for my future plumbing needs.

Spoke to Blue Planet's front office the next day to make the payment. Advised them that Mike could have easily declined my call and went home to enjoy the rest of his holiday. However, he came through and saved me out-of-pocket costs to put up the tenants in a hotel while waiting for the home warranty company to respond. Not only will I use Mike/Blue Planet for my future plumbing needs but also highly recommend them for yours.

To start with it is important to know that I am presently a very sick and crippled up old man. I live alone and had a complete plumbing melt down. Hot water heater blew on Christmas Day and I had been living for some time with three (3) toilets, none of which worked without some extra help. To much for me to handle. I called Perry Plumbing based on a previous experience with them many years ago. Some things never change. They sent out a one-man gang named Ricardo, who replaced the hot water heater, all the associated plumbing and even found and fixed a gas leak I had for years. I had hot water the same afternoon. On a weekend to boot. Next day to my surprise, Ricardo showed up with a young man named Dino and they installed three (3) brand new toilets with associated valves and piping, and I could not be happier. Last on the list was a new Pressure Regulator on the main line coming into the house, all this in one short afternoon. Their pride in their work and the professionalism they demonstrated in doing the job in a prompt and timely manner makes me happy to recommend Perry Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services. 5 Stars from me. My water heater stopped working and I called these guys. Anthony and Mario both came out and arrived on the scene very quickly. I definitely appreciated that bc I needed a shower..LOL They didn't try to overcharge me or sell me stuff I didn't need. They were both very knowledgeable and actually listened to my complaints. Unlike some of the bigger companies, they actually gave me a solution. Both were very professional and courteous, it was a nice change of pace. Will definitely call on them in the future or refer them to my friends and family.

I will never ever call this company again. If I have had known how much less they care about their customers, I would not have called them in. I needed emergency plumbing because of leakage in my house upstair. They were good on main part of the job but every other details to get the job done were on us. I also needed to clean the mess after the job by myself. They charged very expensive compared to others and they did not allow me to change the plumber because they already started it. I gave them two stars just because there is nothing wrong with their main job.
