Joe (the owner) and Jesse were friendly, professional, and courteous. I appreciated that they both wore masks (due to covid) and used shoe covers. They took care to keep the shower clean as they worked. Additionally, Joe took the time to answer all of our questions. I’d definitely call them again for future plumbing issues.

Straightline have been my go to plumbers for many years. They are great no matter what the issue. Usually Manny comes out to help me. He had a mask on and helped out Monday with the worst plumbing problem I ever had! Thanks to Manny and Straightline, they came out same day! 5 stars!!

I was contacted by Ace Contractors for a plumbing job when I put our information in one of those sites. I spoke to Jonathan who called me right away and said that they could get someone over here tomorrow. That was great! The next day we were so happy with Juan! He was on time, knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job! We asked Juan, if Ace Contractors installed central air, as we were considering putting in a central air conditioning unit. Juan said they did. I phoned Jonathan back. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from Freddie. Freddie was able to come over later that same afternoon to take a look at our job. My husband and Freddie spoke at length about the job and we decided to again go with Ace Contractors! The job was completed last week and it's terrific!! We know that we are now set for the summer! No more being concerned about what the temperatures are going to be! It was our experience with Ace Contractors from the first interaction to the last; they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. We are very happy with our decision!!!
