Had a clogged main sewage line. Made the call that morning and cleared the blockage with ease that same day. Not only that, they showed me video of the internal pipe/sewage system, explained pros and cons of my current situation, and what I should do to prevent further blockages and how to improve my plumbing/drains in my house.

I was referred to James by my realtor in 2017. He came to the property I was interested in purchasing and performed a drain camera inspection. We purchased the home and because of his honesty and dependability (on multiple visits) he is the only plumber we call to come out! We have also referred him to our family several times.

Armando and his crew were AMAZING!!! We had major sewer repair work done and they were able to get the job done quickly, at a grate rate, and finished ON TIME. Just like any large job there were complications that came up but he went the extra mile to insure it was resolved quickly and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Really a great company and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Went the extra mile in fixing my drain problem. Tried numerous cleanouts until he found the one that worked. Scoped the clog multiple times to diagnose the cause then extended the sanke to its furthest limits to eliminate it. Then reexamined with the scope to make sure it was fully clear. Plumber Adrian was also cheerful and pleasant to deal with. I am very glad I called Perry Plumbing to do this work.

I called Arnetts at 9:30am on Friday morning to get service on a leaking tankless water heater (installed in 2007-8). I was told a technician could be there between 10:30-11:30. Eric showed up right at 10:30, and quickly diagnosed that the heat exchanger was leaking. Unfortunately, the part was no longer made. Eric had the new tankless system installed within an hour. He answered all my questions about the new unit, was very clean in his work, and pleasant to deal with.

I called Brian based on his online ratings which were right on. Brian came out (on time) and jetted the mains on my 60 year old house. Brian did a video recording of the before and afters to show me what was done. The drains are once again flowing.

We had the opportunity to have Zeke work on a plumbing issue we had in our master bathroom. Leo and his team have done multiple jobs(large and small) for our personal home and rental. They're quick to respond and honest about their recommendations to get the job done. I've worked with larger companies in the past and they have all been slower and much more expensive to do the same work. They will also come out quickly if there are any issues that occur after. I recommend them highly!
